By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Velocity Vector EA V2.0 (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and VelocityVectorEA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Velocity Vector EA V2.0 is an automated Expert Advisor (EA) software designed for use with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platforms. The Software executes trades automatically based on pre-programmed algorithms.

• •The Software is sold as a one-time lifetime license for personal use only.
• •The license is non-transferable and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared.
• •Free updates are provided for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The Software and all related content, including but not limited to marketing materials, performance statistics, and support communications, do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

Past performance results displayed on our website or in any marketing material are not indicative of future results. All trading involves risk, and no trading system can guarantee profits.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• •Forex and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors.
• •You may lose all of your invested capital when using automated trading software.
• •The Company is not responsible for losses caused by broker issues, slippage, connectivity problems, or market conditions.
• •The Company is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation, configuration errors, or misuse of the Software.
• •The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from changes in market conditions, regulatory changes, or broker policy changes.
• •You trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.

Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate delivery of the download link upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds based on trading performance, losses incurred, or dissatisfaction with results. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

If you experience a technical issue with the Software itself (not related to trading results), please contact our support team at emsdigitalsolutions@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

You may use the Software solely for your own personal trading activities. You may NOT:

• •Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Software or any part thereof.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• •Use the Software to manage third-party accounts without explicit written permission.
• •Share your license or download link with any third party.

The Software, including all code, algorithms, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of VelocityVectorEA. All rights are reserved. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal trading purposes only.

The Software is designed to work with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. The Company does not endorse any specific broker and is not responsible for any issues arising from your choice of broker, including but not limited to broker insolvency, withdrawal issues, or execution quality.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
